Office Manager/EA to Secretary General

Ms Florence Chan is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Secretary General of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities. Having worked in education sector for many years, including London Business School in the UK, British Council HK and Richard Ivey School of Business, Western Ontario University, Florence is well experienced in program management such as EMBA, MBA, PhD and Executive Education, project management, research projects as well as office administration. Florence received her Bachelor degree in Business Administration in the United Kingdom and her Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling in Hong Kong. Prior to joining APRU, she managed various youth and family related projects, research and publications and also co-authored a couple of publications in family value.
