APRU Open Dialogues 4th Cohort

As workplaces become more global, collaboration across cultures is both essential and challenging. In this open dialogue session, students will examine how stereotypes influence workplace interactions and reflect on strategies to foster understanding and effective teamwork. Through open discussions, participants will share perspectives, explore ways to navigate cultural differences, and consider approaches to building more inclusive and collaborative professional environments.

Program characteristics:

  • Tecnológico de Monterrey will organize and lead this virtual workshop, with support from APRU.
  • The target group for this cohort will be undergraduate students from all disciplines.
  • The program will provide innovative international educational experiences for the APRU student community through educational and digital tools.
  • The program aims to provide a broader view of the common challenges in the Pacific Rim, increasing students’ understanding of shared needs, perspectives, and cultures.
