Recent technological advances such as AI-driven innovation and machine learning require a new set of skills for future workforce.
As part of the year-end Employment Policy Forum (FKK), Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in collaboration with APRU held a forum on December 3, 2019, in Jakarta. The forum examined the different forces at play that shape the transformation of work faced by Indonesian workforce and the foundation for multiple stakeholders to increase effective upskilling and reskilling efforts in Indonesia. The forum viewed the dissemination of APRU and CSIS’s research projects from the Asia-Pacific and national perspectives.
