APRU in partnership with its members and external organisations such as The New York Times and Hinrich Foundation conducts activities for students with the aim to raise awareness of social, environmental or economic policy issues related to the Asia Pacific region.

Competitions and courses such as the Undergraduate Leaders’ Program (ULP) enable students from APRU member universities to apply their knowledge to critical policy challenges in the region, enhance their international experience and enrich their key competencies and leadership potential.

As the voice of knowledge and innovation in the Pacific, APRU will continue to use its unique geographical reach to bring together the region’s brightest young minds to focus on the key challenges faced by our societies.
